I am extremely dissatisfied with the Forever Blond Hair Studio’s unacceptable behavior. Despite booking my appointment a substantial 8 weeks in advance, they cancelled it just one hour before. I had an important function to attend and had explained this to them. However, they failed to offer any solution or alternative. This last-minute cancellation left me in a state of inconvenience and distress. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' commitments is truly disappointing. I expect better service and respect for my time as a paying customer. This experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the salon and their customer service.

Steph is amazing! She is a truly talented artist, can see your vision and always delivers beyond your expectations. You'll never have to lie to another hairdresser again when they ask you if you like what they have done with your hair. Worth every penny. Without a doubt her entire team is talented as well, if you were to pick anyone from this salon you would be in safe hands. All the girls are friendly and the customer service is amazing.
