Amazing rental experience!!! We needed a car same day during a busy time in Queenstown and they were very fast answering and were able to drop the car off to where we were. The car was in great condition and we had no issues with it. They were incredibly nice and friendly in every interaction we had with them. I will definitely be using them again when I come back to Queenstown!!!!

A++++ !!! Above and beyond customer service!! Beautiful car to drive around in! We originally booked two days, but extended to another, car was brought to our hotel with smiles, early drop off . We actually misplaced the keys (worst thing to do) and Kathreen was so wonderful about helping us fix our mishap . I truly truly couldn’t recommend using this car rental more! Thanks so so so very much! You made our family trip a cherry on top ! We will come back to Queenstown just to hire from you guys again cause you’re so beautiful! Thanks so much!

We were rushing to get a transpo a day before our last day tour around Queenstown specially in ski area and found kabayan car rentals on the go. It was really a great experienced with them. Very accomodating and hassle free. You will have the car right in front of your accomodation and same thing when you return. Would highly recommend our kabayan here in Queenstown. We would definitely use them again in our future trips.

We had a great experience with them, not only they are the cheapest car rental, but they also provide top-notch customer service.Customer service:Superb! They respond promptly and patiently to all my questions. They even picked us up from the airport and drove us back for our flight back home. Personally, Kath and David are two of the best people I've met. They're so warm and welcoming, you can expect to end your trip with at least two new friends.The car:They handed over the car to us with almost a full tank and fresh inside out (apologies for not handing it back the same :D). If I remember correctly, it is a 2006 Outlander model. Old as it may seem but I am surprised by its cabin features and tenacity. We had about 700km of comfortable driving and never had any notable issues at all. The car appears to be well-maintained so we never had any problem while using it. It's also quite fuel efficient - despite the very long drive, we only had to top up to a full tank once.All in all, a big credit to Kabayan Car Rental for our great Queenstown holiday! Super recommended to everyone, just make sure to book ahead as they always get fully booked, as expected.

Had such a blast in Queenstown and lots of credits go to Kabayan Car Rentals!!! The car that we rented is very reliable and took us to lots of majestic places in Queenstown!!! Never had any big issues while using it!!! Really perfect for long road trips!!! Also never experienced any hassle from booking up to the drop off of the car! Got the car superbly clean and even loaded with good amount of petrol!!! Kat and David were very accomodating during our trip and always responded quickly to our queries!!!
