Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Met all of our needs! Would definitely stay here again. Only downfall to some may be there is a pub in the same location which on the weekend gets very loud with the music etc. I didn't find it too much of a problem but those with children may.

Booked a room with two doubles, when checked in room had one double one single and were told they could not accomodate. When I tried to talk to management my requests were just ignored entirely. Toilet flush mechanism was broken, asked to have it fixed but it wasn’t. Only 2 towels and 1 knife in a room booked for 3 people. Rooms were noisey, could hear the people in the next room clearly. Run down and dated.

Room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Climate control system in room was very responsibe and worked well.Service was VERY good, though less so at the attached restaurant.

Neighbors partied til 12. Couldn't get the tv to work properly and a power saving app kept coming up. Shower / bath wasn't cleaned properly and there was hair in the bath....Otherwise clean and tidy and not bad value for money.

My Fiancée and I were pleasantly surprised by the food offered at the garden bar. We came in for breakfast and were the only people dining. We enjoyed the cabinet food. Chicken and Cranberry Panini, Salmon Quiche, Cheese Rolls and a Potato Hash.The food was incredible, so well priced, the salmon quiche was one of the best I've had and the cheese rolls are excellent.I would be keen to come back and try the buffet as that looked pretty impressive!

we spend two nights in the hotel . Everything was excellent . Great location, very good communication with staff. property was very cleaned . plenty of parking just in the front of room. We will definitely book again whenever we’ll travel to Christchurch
