I contacted Andy with questions regarding cat door installation. He answered my text message immediately, and asked for photos and additional information. He gave me very accurate information that helped me to choose a cat door that would fit our existing hole (from a previous cat door). It meant that I didn't need his services after all, but I would highly recommend him, and definitely use him for any other glass work required!

Andy did a quality job installing my cat door, however I did have a bit of trouble pinning him down. I texted and emailed multiple times but was only able to get in touch with him over the phone to secure an appointment time. Unfortunately, my glass door cracked during the first attempt at installation, and when I tried to organise Andy coming back to replace the glass, I again had to initiate a phone call to remind him that he had planned to come on a certain day. Friendly service and reasonable pricing, but needs to work on communication.
