Lovely haircut and service this time. The stylist did her best to work with me to give me a good cut, and I'm very happy with the result. The previous visit was not a positive experience for me as the (different) stylist was rude, abrasive and patronizing, although she did cut my hair well.

My review is in regards to the customer service I received today. I was greeted very warmly by each stylist, and when it came to discussing what I was wanting, the stylist took her time in explaining processes and options. I felt that they were open to what I was after, and provided multiple other options and suggestions when my idea was not feasible. They took the time to provide me with understanding and didn’t make me feel daft about what I was wanting. They were so friendly and nice. Just wanted to say thank you :)
