We highly recommend the team at A-Grade Building and Re-piling. Robert was excellent to deal with. He offered good advice and kept us well informed throughout. Ray, Andrew and Max worked diligently to get the job done. At all times they were pleasant and courteous, and kept the worksite tidy which was appreciated as we stayed in the house while the job was being done.The team have years of experience and could offer good practical solutions to any problems encountered. Communication at all times was excellent, and we felt overall that it was a very collaborative process.We have no problem recommending them for your next re-piling job.

If i could give more stars, i would! To start Rob and Anita are just great, genuinely nice people! They fitted me in last minute just so we could get the confirmation we needed to buy this particular house! Replied to my emails super quickly, and despite the downpour was just so happy and friendly when they arrived! In a time where we were getting messed around by people left, right and center Rob has been a an absolute legend! Couldn't recommend him enough!

A big thanks to Robert and the team for taking on board our piling challenge. We had poor site access, tenants onsite, council road works, on top of a tricky piling job. I was shocked to see a rather rude and an arrogant reply to a request to communicate by phone. I have a situation where I am not able to chase emails but fine it easier to converse first before the job is given and then follow up by emails. I was told in terms as it's either his way or no way. I wouldn't for once recommend an individual with such an attitude. He could be the best person to do the job but CERTAINLY THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. On a lighter note what if his doctor asked him to email instead of visit. ""

We had a 130 yr old cottage levelled and fully repiled. Turns out it was basically sitting on the ground and had to be raised by 120mm at one end. Ray, Connor and Max were punctual, polite and respectful of our home and family. The work as excellent and Rob and Ray both gave us daily updates with progress and any issues they discovered, taking photos so we could see exactly what they were dealing with under there. Ray had invaluable advice for us for ongoing maintenance. Very happy with the team and would recommend to anyone

As part of doing due diligence on a first home our daughter and son-in-law were trying to buy, the builder noticed issues with the piles. Robert took time out of his evening to review the builders notes and photos and to give his professional opinion about what would be required to remediate the problem. As this turned out to be a full house re-pile, they have walked away from the property. Although we are all disappointed, we are extremely grateful to Robert for doing this so quickly and ensuring they knew about this before purchasing. Thanks!

We contacted Rob for a well overdue piling job at our house in Paraparaumu. Communication was great, he even came out on a Sunday to give the the best advice. He did an amazing job and really knows his stuff. Had a very tricky job done in record time with minimum disruption. We highly recommend Rob and his team.
