Had 2 heat pumps installed which were both recessed into wall at opposite ends of the house the technicians Georgie and Chris where outstanding.Very considerate and extremely professional even vacuuming after jobs they where even cheaper than the competitors.Highly recommend.

We have used HPAC twice now, and on both occasions they offered a swift and friendly remedy to our Heat Pump issues. We would definitely use HPAC again, and we would warmly recommend them to others.

Well I will change from 1 should they not charge me for a job that should be done for free under warranty. Our ducted system was installed by this company in 2016 and has had a number of service calls to fix things and the system was working well until a really hot day where 2 rooms never seemed to cool down, after a call to Hpac a technician came out and said that one outlet had come off and the other crushed and was poorly installed and said new equipment had to be ordered, about one week later he came back and reconnected the main bedroom and then replaced the ducting to the crushed room, he even said to me that it had been poorly installed! Then today I received an invoice for $843! Are you serious! It has a 5 year warranty and the service technician said some of the install was done poorly! Wow what a poor company and now knowing how short the life seems to be on this ducted before it starts to fail does not give me much hope of it lasting even till the end of the warranty period!

HPAC installed our new heatpump a few months ago. Everything was handled smoothly from quoting through to install. We wanted to heat an awkward space and during quoting were given common sense suggestions, the quote was very reasonable, the install would have been quite tricky in a tight space, but the technician did a wonderful job, very tidy work, and we are very happy.

I am resident in Ashburton and was fortunate that my landlord chose HPAC (CHCH) to remedy an issue with my heat pump. From Jo (service coordinator)to Rosaldo, Kam and Michael (technicians) the service and outcome was fantastic. Totally recommend this business first for any heating requirements,assistance or advice. Had a heat pump installed by these guys. Wonderful service. Great installation tidy and neat work. They serviced the other existing one too they did a great job. I recommend these guys.

For anyone thinking of using these guys, don't. We spent thousands with them and when the heat pumps started to pay up they were (and continue to be) entirely unhelpful. They routinely charge you fees (even under warranty) and only take fees off when you point out the gear is still under warranty. They give you a quote and then charge you more saying it was only an estimate. Of the four heat pumps they installed across three locations only one has been without incident and these were the Daikin pumps so most likely the installation rather than the pump. Takes a lot to turn a kiwi customer off, but HPAC - you managed it.

I have had HPAC install and service our heatpumps in two properties over the last few years. They have been great to deal with at all stages ie quoting, installation, one warranty issue with an indoor unit noisy fan motor, and maintenance.Highly recommended.
