5 Star Service!Having smashed my $1900 tablet, I had been told by numerous providers that it was not repairable.Tech Stop took one look at it and said: no problem. They ordered in the parts and repaired it in under 5 hours:same day service!All for under my insurance excess.

Wish i could give no stars to write a review. Went to take my phone there to get fixed because my front screen and back camera was smashed $450 all up, weeks later got my phone back then after a another later the back camera stopped working, and was told by another phone repair shop they have put a faulty 1 in which is unacceptable, never going there again

This place is amzing the people who work there are very good at helping you with what you need fixing with and they do an good job and politeness towards everyone and always making sure you understand the process or the problems on your devices this shop i recommend to anyone who wants any of there devices fixed they are better than many other places around if only there were many more shops like this with what you ask for to be fixed and what you pay and they fix it well and how its meant to be not like some places that fix devices you go pay other places fix something to only have your device wiped of all memories or wrong gigs like take an 16gig n get an 32gig no more photos all gone or having wait 2 YEARS before getting device back or get device back week later the whole screen has uplifted or something BUT THIS PLACE TECH STOP IS CHOICE 10/10 place get your device's fixed cheap pricing and good outcome happy customer for sure ... thanks TECH STOP

Went in with my partner so see how long it would take to fix his cracked phone screen. They had a lot of service requests at the time and there was only one guy in, so we totally didn't expect it to be able to be fixed till next week. But the guy there said since it would be an easy fix he would try to do it that day and it only ended up taking an hour and a half till it was fixed!tldr: I expected a screen repair to take a couple of days due to them being extremely busy at the time, but it was done in an hour and a half :)Definitely recommend using this store.We will be coming back to them in the future.

Really good service; I only requested the fault to be fixed but I got a fully cleaned new looking laptop back even with other minor things fixed on it. The extra effort was really appreciated!

I'm giving these guys a one star cos they don't appear to have actually broken my device any more than it was when I brought it in late Nov 2018 to get a new screen. It took them a month to admit they'd lost the first new screen. Then they got another but put it into a device that 'had priority'. I've tried to be understanding but it's now late Jan 2018 and no word. I'll go get it next time I'm in town and take it somewhere else.

The owner of this shop is cheater. They bought the low price computer components from Trademe and resell to Porirua local customer.I am the seller from Trademe. Below is evidence they purchased on Trademe. On 15 of February, he purchased our AMD CPU+ Gigabyte Motherboard+ Crucial Ram. I am a Christian, I can swear in the name of Jesus, we have sent the product all in good condition. Also, we recorded the video and email to him. However, this shop use various excuses like the components not working to want to ask refund the component cost fee. But no mention about refund the product.Also, continue use different way to threaten me. If you see my review,please be careful with this shop!!!My real name is Qiushi Zhao.
