Really disappointed in the performance and information found our selfs no rego just got it back after repairs and hit a problem rang 0800 vtnz gave us wrong info we we're in Cambridge of course drove to te awamutu back to Cambridge leaving brother and I stranded 5 days while recertification is done.explained what happened only straight answers were from fraction

Must provide facilities for visitors while waiting for the driving license test, especially in rainy time. Should not give even a single start for review

Really disappointed, it was my third time giving test for restricted license. Lady was so rude and she just told me that the main problem is in 100 zone speed my speed was 110 in main highway in right lane.. but she added more things in my email..Look guys, we do work all day and night for money..won’t recommend for friends.

After calling 8 different VTNZ centres in the north island with nobody picking up the phone, this branch was the only one to answer.Leslie was a wonderful help on the phone! She was kind, knowledgeable, and happy to guide me through the process and costs of getting an unregistered bike back on the road.

Reputed to have bad attitudes and rude customer service. I went here willing to see and felt very unwelcome, and it felt like I was a task to deal with.

Susie and her co worker (I didn't catch her name) were absolutely amazing to me. I had a really stressful experience trying to sort out a situation with my license that was the fault of the Transport Agency. Despite having lots of other customers coming and going, both ladies diligently helped me sort out the situation on and off over the course of 2 hours.They were so patient in answering my questions and in helping me find a solution. Susie even took her break late because of me. They didn't dismiss me or my frustrations as to what was happening and in the end, I got the best possible outcome and solution for my problem. Incredible customer service from both of them.
