Love this shop, mean pies and in a town full of chicken and chip options this shop has some of the best, chicken and chips in Waitara..Awesome customer service ❤❤❤

Two of the best pies in the Taranaki region. The Mince&Cheese, and Bacon&Egg beat all. (I don't eat Seafood so cannot comment on that pie)

Excellent service. They have the best bacon and egg pies and their chicken and chips are the best as well. Friendly and helpful

Very friendly Couple, a small dairy but they sell the basics. The chicken and chips are good (same price as everyone else) but if you do stop, try there home made pies, they are delicious. The mince and cheese was yummy. Highly recommend if you are out in Waitara.

Iconic Waitara dairy and though it's changed owners over the years, I'm happy to see that it's excellent reputation hasn't waivered... I've lived in Australia since 1985 and when I returned on holiday in 2014 one of my must do" visits was to this store...So many memories... I remember collecting soft drink bottles to cash in on the way home from school and dropping them there in exchange for the same refund cost in lollies... And that was in the late 1970s! How long this legendary dairy has been operating is anyone's guess."
