Unlike our previous experience at YD, todays assistant could not have cared less about us, made no attempt to ask what we were looking for, continued his very important work on his phone, walking around looking pretty and even suggested we try BArkers downstairs. We asked when he might have more of an item to which he replied… were Australian company and we don’t know.

Overcharged for pants shortening. The manager told me that i could have good rate shortening through YD 25$, but actually the alterations shop only charged YD 15$. Not recommended!

Absolutely fab service from the team member that was working just now. Very knowledgeable on the range and genuinely wanted to help. Much appreciated it! You don't get that much in retail these days.

I kind of like the style, it feels like my style, but I would start thinking to buy something here only with a 70%+ sale, no less. It is just too expansive for what it offers. I like buying this kind of item sometimes, but I can order better in Italy and spend less.

I always do shop at yd . Today 10/12/21 my experience was so bad with them wen I went to buy suit for my partner the manager of the shop was really rude. He was keep on telling us that the price is high u might not be able to afford. As per we requested him if he can get sizes of the suit from Hornby store and he refused to get from other stores. He told us to check next week if u want anything different. He was keep on telling us that his a shop manager. Soo rude customer service.

Firstly on the Saturday we had the best service. We're so impressed we went back Sunday to get the most arrogant self absorbed drugged out sales person. More concerned of himself in the mirror than his customers. We had spent nearly $800 over the weekend there but will never want day Two experience ever again!

Today I had the pleasure of being served by Joe, he was extremely friendly and helped me pick out a knitted polo that suited me, it is very obvious that he takes his role here very seriously and is eager to provide the best customer service possible, I will definitely be back, especially if Joe is working.
