Bunnings Warehouse Riccarton

Went to get staples for my staple gun..i am on crutches at the moment..as soon as i walked in the door i was asked if i would like a wheelchair instead of walking around the store..i thought that was very thoughtful...i was also asked again when i got to the department i was looking for!Wonderful staff and great help!

Perhaps the most comprehensive BW in Christchurch. This place will rarely disappoint you. They also have a very sweet cafe within the store which actually serves half decent grub. Their garden department is hands down above and beyond that of the other Christchurch stores.

Bad experience there today. Only 1 checkout open. None of the self checkouts open. Apparently no staff to work them?? Plenty of staff walking around. Noone very helpful or friendly. Toxic atmosphere. Obviously staff stressed and unhappy

Ur big hardware store. Anything thing u wish to buy would be there. They advertise themselves they offer the lowest prices but I dnt know if that is always the case. But if it is, then that is cool. Have house heaters, gardening stuff, paints, even some car care products etc too. Have got onsite parking as it is located in a shopping complex.

This is our local Bunnings. It's always good service. Just purchased some garage shelving and work bench as they have probably the best selection in town.

Always enjoy a visit to Bunnings, besides being biast because our daughter works there, but there's always so much to look at & new products coming in all the time.My husband has got that many Bunnings tops that he wears most days for work, that many customers ask him for help, generally he knows where most things are being a tradie himself, he can help them with what to look for or how it works before they head up to the counter...LOL

Love how the Bunnings app updates the aisle numbers for whatever store I’m shopping at. I often shop between riccarton or shirley stores. Also love the digital receipt. No more trying to find a faded receipt because hubby left it in his glovebox.

Enjoyed the experience but they were all out of what I was after... said there was none left in town (insulation for pipes)... That's tough with winter coming. Would shop there again.

I was so disappointed in my visit here Thursday evening ( 30/3/2023) between 7-8pm. I went in with a picture my partner provided on a heat gun purely for one thing and that only. I knew what I needed and we were on a budget for it. I went straight to the tools isle and queried this product. Only one young man was working this area, well he was very abrupt and rude, talking down about the product and trying hard to convince we to buy another more expensive one I stated it was only for one quick project, he responded with he will get it off the shelf, but don't bring it back if it breaks. Now I'm sure the bunnings policy is if it breaks for a reason you can't help, bring it back for a replacement is it not? This man had me feeling upset and uncomfortable I was very dissatisfied.

Shop lay out poor absolutely no service asked a staff member if they have a housewares dept his answer don't know look down the aisle
