Can't be any worse than this company. They good on making promises and fake deals when they try to sell to you. After that you on your own.We bought 5 digital display screens from them (turn out those were extremely overpriced) with a lot of promise and when we need technical support... they responded something like...we just do eftpos we don't do digital screens.

Terrible service. I would have given them negative ratings if there was an option. Signed agreement for 12 months and now they are telling me that I have been signed up for 4 years and My info was provided to a third party which is a breach of my privacy without my knowledge which are the financers and the machine is on loan with them. Tried to talk to them and solve the issue but no body is educated enough their to understand things and work for their clients. All clowns sitting there.

These guys are jokers, don’t trust them with your ability to take payments from customers. Shocking service, poor organization. Our phone service is changing so we needed to change *just* the communications setting on our existing hardware. Simple right? This has been impossible. Many phone call transfers later, nothing has happened.

My experience with this business was not good. I had to call several times to request a form to complete to hire a portable machine. When I completed the form I sent it back and then had to ring again several days later to inquire what was going on with it. They then said the machine had been sent (it hadn't) and then asked how I intended to collect it from Auckland (we are in Wellington). At this point I lost all confidence in them and went to a different EFTPOS machine provider. No-one took responsibility and there were several people dealing with me - none of whom really knew what was going on.

Low end and some used equipment used by this company based in Auckland . But the up side is its cheaper than most other eftpos suppliers .They do send replacement equipment but we have to wait over the weekend. The service has improved over the last two years . Will look at other more locally based suppliers before signing again when contract expires.

it has been extremely difficult for us to deal with this company, different story told by their sales man when we first signed the contract and then a whole different situation and attitude was given when we are closing our contract, despite we paid the balance in full almost one year before our contract ends. it surely was fair to ask the clients to return the machines at their own cost, and the cash till is not too heavey at all for a mother who needs to look after a 20 month baby, we were even lucky they didn't ask us to pick up the machines when we first sign up.

Poor poor customer service. Phone calls are never returned in the same day. Up to the customer to keep chasing up. They do get a new machine out to you when there is a fault but only if you really persist. Never have i been spoken to so rudely by someone in customer service. Read the fine print, had agreed to a 2 year term but am locked in for 4, unreal! Do not go there!

worest Eftpos Company. $49.99 a month with 4 years contract, termination fee is super high. I will be quit for sure after the contract is finish. Send me a new machine without a PIN Pad, and told me the Previous KeyPad sent to me by a mistake and New Machine need a New PIN Pad, which cost me extra for each month.

Absolutely abysmal service from this company! We are paying for 24/7 support which is a joke - system crashed just before Xmas...they were closed until 6 Jan; no replies to phone calls or emails. The issue ended up being at their end so we were without a Pos system throughout the busiest period of the year. Not the first time we have had support issues with this company - both prior to, and subsequent to, the issue at Xmas. I guess you are getting the gist by now - we would certainly NOT recommend them!

Probably the worst B2B I have experienced. Would never use this company again. Sales team goes missing after a couple of months, support team is non existent, someone" is supposedly meant to call back but never does. Been through several faulty units and now they owe us money!"
