By far and away the best Reflexology I’ve ever had, Mel is professional polite and punctual, extremely skilled at her job and knowledgeable with it, the clinic is neat, calming and well laid out, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. My aches and pains disappeared very quickly and I’ve had a better overall demeanour since. I’ll certainly be going back for maintenance boosters and can absolutely highly recommend Mel and her service to all.

Mel is a very experienced reflexology practitioner who provides a welcoming and professional clinic at the foot of the Cashmere Hills. I leave feeling refreshed, informed and the days following I notice a positive change too. I recommend Mel to anyone looking for a reflexology practioner they can trust.

A huge ‘thank you’ to Mel at Reflex Health for helping to identify my health problem. Mel’s knowledge and ability to hone in and work on the problem area is amazing. I recommended for my partner to also have a treatment by Mel and we didn’t tell her that he had a particular gland removed years ago but Mel picked that up anyway during the treatment. I definitely would recommend Reflex Health to any man, woman or child!
