Absolutely amazing product and service! Brownies Mattress in Morningside Auckland was recommended by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The bed is incredible; my first night's sleep was like heaven! The process from start to finish was super smooth. Natasha and Kathryn were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. Ollie, the delivery man, was awesome and provided fantastic service. He even went the extra mile to help me set it all up! I was pleasantly surprised because most delivery guys would just leave the bed in the foyer.

Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a mattress. I had one made to fit an American sized bed. They gave me exceptional customer service from start to finish. The bed was reasonably priced and it was made in less than three weeks, and delivered just before Christmas. Can't thank them enough!

We got given a bed with unusual dimensions and couldn't find a mattress to fit. Brownies made us a custom size mattress with (what I think was) a very reasonable overhead on a regular size. Manufactured and delivered in 2 weeks and fits absolutely perfectly. Great customer service throughout.
