Was not impressed with the fish or the batterThe batter was rubbery like it was a day or two old also the fish was so thin its like they cut one half of the fish and then sliced it in half to save the other the half for another customer when i opened up the batter its was hardley any fish in it was very disapointed in the takeaways dont think ill buy from here again.

Fish was very thin, like basa fillets & overcooked so the batter was hard & oily & the fish dry. The crabsticks were grey & rubbery - tasted old. The burgers were very minimal & the chips were mediocre. BUT it was the only takeouts open after 8pm - if you didn't want a restaurant option. After Travelling for 7hrs (through holiday traffic jams), it wasn't worth the wait :-(

Crumbed fish.. just a slither of fish and a lot of crumbs. Chips nice..

Only reason I'm writing tge review is the customer service was great....food not so good. Hopefully some suggestions will help. Only pro about the food is it wasn't greasy aside from that fish, batter and scallops were very rubbery perhaps over cooked. Chips were fine. Burger nearly gets a pass, I'd suggest better paddy's and use cheese on the Hawaiian burger with maybe some mayo Lettuce etc maybe charge a bit more. You guys have a lovely store(amazing windows and nice floor) but would recommend opening windows and doors for ventilation and keep your beautiful window set nice and clean. This would make a huge difference
