Body Haven Massage

I requested for full body massage. After 20 mins of just massaging my back I told her I'm here for full body massage. That's when she started to massage my legs but didn't do my foot, didn't massage my arms. Also, the pressure hurts I have to tell her to lessen it still same. I don't know if she heard me still continues with intense pressure. I had endure it. I wish I got her name so you can avoid her.

More than feeling relaxed after a foot massage, came out with a bad headache listening to constant chit chat between their employees. Never going back.

I got a shoulder, neck and back massage. The start was amazing and I felt super relaxed. I go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week so my muscles do get quite tight and do need a little extra pressure which is fine. However, when she got to my neck it was SO painful and after asking her to go a lot lighter the pressure did not change and hurt so much that I felt physically ill. Once it was finally over, I got up and was quite dizzy. When I left the room, my therapist was having a full on argument with one of her colleagues and was yelling in the parlour. I am pretty easy to please and it takes a lot to upset or make me angry but yesterday was so unprofessional and painful.

Disappointed started out really gr8 then a new customer came in, my massage therapist dropped me like I was nothing changed over with someone else. I paid for a upper body for 50min I had my lower back elbowed for 20 min and my head scratched for 15 was pathetic will never go here again .

Have been going here for years and through my two pregnancies .Always very good but definitely the only place for me for pregnancy massages as I still need a good firm massage and they accommodate me being able to lie down on my side .only draw back is the background mall noise but i can tune it out quiet easily

Today I really needed a relaxing neck, shoulder and back massage. The woman who served me asked me if the pressure was ok I kept saying it was too hard and telling it it was really sore. In the end I had too shout It's just too hard you're hurting me". I wish I had just gotten up and left instead I stayed and endured the worst massage I have ever had I was even crying. She did say sorry

Very nice massage parlour in a mall. Some private rooms behind curtains. Unfortunately, there is constant 'mall noise' in the background. But it's quite a low level sound
