The way they dealt with the warranty claim on our behalf The service was to a very high standard and machine return immaculate. Additionally they were so helpful connecting to the App. If I had any issue they informed me they were only a phone call away and could talk me through. The work was completed quickly and they kept us informed of when mower was available to collect. From first contact talking me through the issues, dropping off and collecting could not fault their process or service Many thanks Kevin & Anne
