These guys charge so much for parcels it's almost criminal. 4 x 12 bottle cases of wine plus a 6 box just cost me $362.00. To the north island , omg I could have gone there and back for that.

poor quality of customer services.dont even understand how to send 2 parcels in 2 different address.asked them whats happening and the guy asked me to hold a phone and he didnt comeback after 8mins. dont get me wrong I have my own record for that.not entirely sure what they are doing but certainly not happy with them.

Shocking service. Ten days to get a parcel from Auckland. Many phone calls . No apology when it arrived at last and no request for signature as requested. Worst courier service in NZd no request for signature that was reqjired..sho king compa y

I had an URGENT parcel that I Paid for overnight courier from Auckland for Saturday delivery, the parcel was clearly marked OVERNIGHT & SATURDAY DELIVERY!! The parcel was collected at the Auckland end around 11.15 am yet it was not delivered until Monday lunchtime, if you say overnight and charge for it then DELIVER on your promise!

No credit card payment options in Blenheim branch, only eftpos or cash. Plus our company have been applying for an account for two months now and still no update or any email after submitting the form. Guess they dont want us doing business with them.
