Occasionally met one staff named Hugh when I went to purchase some item in store. He is super kind and hard-working, helped me order the product I need, which is convenient and save my time. It is the excellent experience to cooperate with Warehouse!!! I will come back to Glenfield warehouse and contact Hugh once I need to order the product again!!

A good variety of items with stationary warehouse within the storeThey have aNumber of self checkouts however these are Not voice activated and if you rely on this feature you will not be able to use these without assistancethese are wheelchair accessibleThere is not always a staff member to assist you use theseAnd only one or two checkouts with people serving The store has wide Isles and good AccessibilityLocated right next to an entrance for easier access this store does have a garden section however small

Do not buy any tech stuff from this store, the store manager will just refuse to follow the warehouse 60 day money back policy. They will use ‘I cannot know this is used or not’ as the reason.

Horrible experience ordering online from the Warehouse. I ordered four items. Two were sent separately from my order because the other two items were apparently coming from The Market? I received the two items from the warehouse, but when I checked the shipping status of the items from the Market, it said “failed to deliver” (was home all day and there was no attempt to deliver). After countless emails between myself and someone from the warehouse, I originally was told it was delivered, when it was NOT. Then the warehouse (after 6 emails of me asking for a refund) confirmed that my items were not delivered and offered to refund me for all the items. Great! Except they only refunded me for the two items that I actually received (which was less money). I am STILL waiting on the $47 that the Market owes me (they said it would take 5 days, it’s been 10). The customer rep that I was dealing with over email has completely ghosted me and won’t respond to any of my emails. I will never shop at either of these stores again. Honestly, I really liked shopping at the warehouse before this. But with the cost of living and with the holidays coming up, this has been a really hard hit on me. All I wanted was my money back for items that I never received. I ordered sheets and pillows for family who are visiting next week and will be shopping somewhere else.Sincerely,A very unhappy customer.

A very clean shop indeed.Dec 2022I have noticed that, in recnt times the layout of the store has been transformed into a lighter brighter place. Lots of overhead storage has been reduced to improve the overall appearance. Incorrect stock levels, even called before to check. They said they had 20 plus. Arrived at store within 20 minutes and they had none...

So I drove all the way over to the Warehouse in Glenfield to pick up a specific doll for my daughter. I knew that the Toyworld already had this doll on sale so wanted take advantage of The Warehouse Price Guarantee. When I got to the Customer Service counter, the guy tried to tell me that The Price Guarantee was only against items from competitors which were not on sale! I couldn't argue the point with him so just left the doll at the counter and left. Initially I thought perhaps their policy had changed but when I got home, I read the T&Gs on their website and it does not say that at all. The Warehouse will match any competitor price. So basically I wasted time and fuel travelling the the Glenfield store just to have some ill informed staff member ruin my day. I ended up gong to Toyworld Albany and picking up three of the Dolls (for Future presents). So at least someone wins.

I bought a scientific calculator from the warehouse, I took it home carefully opened it up and found that it doesn't have a rechargeable battery (the option most calculators have today, I returned it next day for a refund but they refused to take it saying my reason for refund is not good enough!!!!!! Very disappointing I never go to the warehouse again.
