Book Twizel

I made a bank transfer for a house booking and they received 27 dollars less. My bank (ANZ) provide me official documents proving that they sent to them the full amount. When I ask booktwizel to ask their bank about the missing 30 dollars they answer: I haven't contacted my bank as in the past there hasn't been a charged for international transfers". And that was all they did to find out where were those 27 dollars.I also want to add that booktwizel did not charge me the 3% fee that they normally charge to pay by credit card to compensate the issue (still I ended up paying 15 dollars more). But it is not the small amount of money that we lost that bothers us

Always enjoy visiting Twizel:) but when you have a clean, warm house with everything you need it's even better. The house was just as described, the presentation was superb and we can't wait for a return visit really soon. Highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was fantastic! We do love being to take our dog with us. He had a grand time too.
