Oh! love this place! freaky little shop with all sorts of awesome stuff to be had. Seems to cover most basis, from dragons to beer mugs, ornaments to full on art for the wall. Lovely place, been around for years, I don't think many don't at least stop in when at the mall. Great for grabbing something humorous or just fun as a gift for others or for yourself. Definitely drop in for a nosey lot's of cool stuff in there. Tops.

The lady who works here lacks customer service. Witnessed her verbally abusing a man while holding a toddler in his arms, overheard the conversation being about a refund. Ive shopped here often and she barely greets you as you walk in but instead stares at you the whole time of browsing. As I saw this happened with the man and toddler I quickly walked out of the store. It being around Christmas time you would think people would be a little bit more kinder or more approachable in the way they handle things. If you lack patience you shouldn’t be in a customer role. Won’t be shopping here anymore.

Great shop, awesome little knick knacks and a huge variety of gift items. Would like to know if the crystals and stones they sell are authentic?

We have bought lot of gift items from this shop over the years. First ever time needed to refund something. Today, we bought Birthday Card and another little gift. Within 10 mins we return to shop to return Birthday Card as daughter decided to make one herself. The shop staff shown the writing on receipt saying can't refund anymore only exchange. Come On... be reasonable, item was brought back within 10 mins in original condition... Someone needs to apply some commonsense. I requested refund again, hoping that commonsense will prevail. NO LUCK, At the end I gave up and gave the Birthday Card back to shop as we did not need it, this is without obtaining any refund or exchange. For refund of few dollars, shop staff is happy to put their reputation on stake with regular customers... Not very positive experience.

The most amazing staff, such an amazing shop highly recommend...the owner is such an awesome person and you can see as his staff are so happy and helpful

Excellent variety of productsCustomer service excellent they also do gift wrapping located by the warehouse entrance of them all so very fast to run in and get a giftEntry to the maul and to the shop as wheelchair accessible however parts of the shop will be challenging to navigate and a wheelchair as often Isles are close together or items are on the floor for display but extremely helpful staff so I’m sure they would assist if this was required

I have shopped here for well over 5-6 years. I moved across town and returned today for Xmas shopping after 2 years. The owner/manager is the nicest human ever, he has ALWAYS been very friendly and inviting and has helped me every single time I’ve been in this store. The lovely lady that served me has also been there for a very long time and is such a sweetheart. Merry Christmas to both of you and thanks for always having the BEST customer service.

Looked in a bunch of places in Auckland for souvenirs to bring back home and I believe this shop has curated some of the better looking things. Both the lady who appears to be owner/manager and the young lady were friendly and helpful but prices seem slightly higher than what they should be. Regardless ended up purchasing 2 super cute kiwi bird statues.

The shop itself is good . It’s the employees that lack a lot manners and give off an unwelcoming vibe. I like the stuff in there , I just didn’t feel comfortable under the glare of the woman in the store .A smile goes a long way. Customer service is not like it use to be
