BEWARE OF THIS COMPANYMy father-in-law sent Gannaway various parts of his antique pipes (passed on to him by his father). Gannaway was supposed to help him with paper work etc and then send them off to Canada to be repaired. Over a year later, they have gone missing". Countless phone calls

Ordered a kilt hanger and it arrived in super quick time.And I am really pleased with the hanger - keeps the kilt pleats in great shape.The rubber grips on the clamps work well to not leave crimp marks on the kilt.

I have dealt with Gannaways on & off for several years and have always found them to be helpful and supportive. A few days ago, I needed to get hold of a couple of tiny rubber bands used on practice chanter reeds as mine had broken and the reed was constantly choking. I emailed Scott Shannon (Gannaways Manager) who replied very promptly that although he didn't have a full pack, just a few left over ones, he would send them straight away. Scott is constantly prompt with his replies and the products are high quality with service next to none.it is a pity that there are so few retailers who can match the customer service that Gannaways provides. I highly recommend Gannaways to anyone for anything related to piping, pipe bands etc.
