Helpful staff and I am very pleased with my Panasonic Combo oven NU-SC300B. It is amazing. Baked my sourdough better than my big oven.

I had visited timaru branch today . Enquired for a wireless headset. Spoken with two different person in elecronics department . One of them is a non asian guy and he explained me about my need very well . His body language was very friendly and helpful . Other guy (asian guy (sorry , not being racist here) . His body language was not very friendly . Not a smiling face. I did not have the feel of comfort and discuss more with him about my requiremnt . I think , manager's should get trained to train their reportees . Rigid body language is the most discomfort factor for a customer . Thought of giving this feedback here . Thanks .

Melissa was very good with product knowledge, not too pushy, but once we found what we were not looking for, (but fell in love with it by mistake), she reassured us we were doing the right thing! After care products and delivery all part of the package.
