I'm an out of town buyer and doing the build for the very first time. Initially i enquired with six to seven architects/designers in Christchurch and finally managed to find LMS Drafting and Design - thanks to Google. I had my initial consultation with Luke and i explained him about my situation and what i was expecting from my project. Luke was kind, approachable and quite knowledgeable in what he does. He helped me from the start of the feasibility phase up until getting building consent. Throughout the process, he kept me updated on what was happening and he went a mile ahead in engaging external agencies on behalf of me. He was genuine, honest and delivered things on time. Luke is one of the very few people who takes time to respond to your emails promptly and i'm very impressed the way he delivers things. It's quite hard to find resources like him and i look forward to working with him in the future. The service he has provided has always been above and beyond customers expectations. When we started our pool project we quickly realised we needed professional advice and contacted Luke. He was fast to respond, timely and consulted us throughout the design phase.
