I would not recommend anyone go to this store. The customer service was poor from the store manager on site and he refused me to shop there after I requested for the refund of the products, which I purchased on the same day. Because there was a special sale during the time when I returned the products. And he did not want me to buy them with a cheaper price (10% off). Hello ? The reason you have promotion is to have client to come spend MONEY in your store! not pushing client away!

I was so happy to hear that finally this place opened locally. I loved visiting this shops in Australia. It's everything they say they are. Very well stocked and an abundant range. Staff are helpful and friendly. And the prices. Yes you definitely will save a lot of money. Very noticeable difference in pricing. This place has abundance of parking and well located.

The security guard lady at the front called Flo is awesome she is always helpful and friendly and is always willing to help best customer service even though her primary job is security a real asset to the business.

Click and collect is badly managed. I didn't receive all items ordered and it took so long whilst I was there. The security guard sent me to the wrong area.The staff need to learn how to smile.Also can't get through on the phone to speak to someone when I realized my order was incomplete.Booooooo.

Nightmare customer service experience. You better pray that there is alway no a problem with what you buy from here (defective), otherwise you will never have solution from them, whether it is a local store or the head office the only a customer service provided just to ignore you, the phone and message system is useless.

First visit . Last visit . The guy at checkout ( Corey)has checked out . Such a sour dude . No hi, no acknowledgment at all. Grunted thru my service , asked if he was gonna give me a bag ( I bought 4 items ) he just picked up a bag and proceeded to act like it was such a big job I left ! Ridiculous how bad the service is in there. Other branches are not so bad but botany staff , wake up ! It’s not hard to treat ppl nice . I said hello , you didn’t . What’s wrong with this pic ?

Very reliable and very helpful service. They have lots of stuff and I always go there when I can’t find run anywhere else. Many branches all have the same products which makes it more reliable. Not to mention the cheaper price, it’s nice.
