I was just wanting to get a drink ended up waiting at the outside window in the freezing cold while some drunk guy behind me was screaming at the guy behind the counter having an argument for some random reason. Not the guy working there’s fault but he sent everyone away and didn’t server anyone else for the night.

Big BP store in both the forecourt and the shop itself. Reasonably well located not too far out of the way from the main road west out of Tauranga. Good parking and a nice view back towards town, the store has seating for the cafe and an ATM. Marks off because the phone charger in the seating area wasn't working and because there was a dead bug next to the window (a gross one).

Pretty good food, pretrol is a bit more expensive than most places, that is BP for you. I never buy fuel here, just food.

Every time I go I wait ages for coffee, management need a serious look at themselves. On our most recent trip I ordered a latte and they made a mocha instead, maybe train the staff to know the basics of being a barista

Not a bad store. Be good if they always had two servers on front counter. Could do better at their customer service skills behind the counter. And they could do better with serving their customers instead of stocking their shelves when the line to the coffee bean cafe and the front counter are getting longer. Other than that its quite a popular BP. The forecourt gets packed out and the line to the counter can end up reaching the front door. Police get their lunch, coffee and petrol from here throughout the day and the night. It's worth visiting if u are going past.

Great food and serviceHadan one off mistake with cross contamination today though. There was a walnut in the icing and some Berry stuff and this green seed on the of my cinnamon stroll. Could be a major food safety problem but just pointing it out

Toilets need cleaning. Floors are dirty. Ceiling fan not working and dusty grime hanging from it and falling to the floor. Someone has stuck wet paper to the ceiling in a ball and it is still there.

The last two Saturdays in a row I have purchased a mocha coffee and both times it tasted terrible. I'm not sure if the coffee was burnt or the machine needs a good clean, but the coffee was very bitter and tasted like dirt (even with all the sugar and chocolate). I ended up tipping the last one out after drinking less than half of it. Such a shame, as I've bought dozens of coffees from there over the last few years and they've been pretty good.

I stopped for a coffee and something to eat. This BP has a Bean Coffee shop.. Got to say the staff are friendly and really good at there job.. The coffee was hot and in this case the Stake and Pepper Pie just hit the mark.

Customer service was pretty good. The guy was pretty awesome especially when he made my nice hot cup of chocolate drink .
