Please train your staff to be more Friendly. They are extremely cold and rude. The look on the face is just like ‘why am I here’?There are kids around, need to be more friendly, peppy gestures. SMILING for sure sure is missing in the staff. Very cold and lame attitude. Show some excitement to kids when they enter your store. Give hi five’s when they come down after reaching top.These small things matters a lot!

Took the kids there on a wet weather day in the school holidays. It got busy enough for all 30 or so climbing walls to be in use but still never had to wait too long.Staff were friendly as ever. We love how the kids sleep after spending a couple of hours climbing.

The female staff member ( think she was the manger) that welcomed me and my two kids was just awesome. Happy to help and answer question. This place is epic for all ages. A little bit harder for those under 3 but my 4 year old just can't get enough. Wish there was more of a price reduction or trial rate for under 3s but the pricing is fair and inline with other places.

An amazing place to take your kids that boosts their confidence, teaches them how to climb, problem solve, improves their fitness and burns their energy up for a quiet drive home. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the coffee is good. The party room is great with huge space.

Excellent communication and staff assistance on the day. 6 year old birthday party and all the children had a blast. Not having to belay everyone made it manageable to monitor a few kids each. We will be back.
