Property Brokers recommend Chad Smith because he'll do a flimsy job inspecting the home to push a sale through.We bought a house that was inspected by Chad who reported that the roof was in good condition. Since moving in the roof has been leaking everywhere. Several roofers have inspected it since and told us it's in such a poor condition that the only option is a full reroof. How unfortunate we were to trust a supposed professional to be honest.I guess that was asking too much of him since he missed the fact that the metal sheets overhang distance was not even to building code so that water just poured down the side of the house instead of into the gutter.

While I cannot speak directly of THIS as a company, I can confidently vouch for Chad's professionalism and expertise. Chad did two inspections for us. His reports were thorough and easy to digest.
