Lovely items and decor but unfortunately the customer service is shocking. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Will just buy the same things online somewhere else.

Love this store! Caters for a great range of tastes in gifts and homages. Baby and children's clothing with a range of toys and gifts also. Clothing and adults accessories as well.

Super quick delivery for an online order, especially at Christmas time. Would happily order again and will be stopping by next time I am in New Plymouth!

I don't even know what this shop sells, but I feel I MUST recommend it publicly.Yesterday I had to do a little shopping on Devon Street, New Plymouth. The machine that governs parking payments refused my card, and as I had no cash I entered Arthaus seeking coins. Of course I was ready to use my card to pay but the lovely lady simply, ( and VERY generously, I feel) gave me a $2.00 coin, telling me not to worry about it. Her generosity not only paid for MY parking, I was able to pay it forward to a lady seeking a vacant park a few minutes later when I left. She was VERY happy to be given a ticket with still about 50 minutes left on it. Thank You ARTHAUS lady for your christian generosity and decency. The world would be a much nicer place with more people like you in it. God Bless You!!
