Chevron Quality Cars

This is the forth times I come to see Jamie (the business director) for a car. Never had any issues, friendly, no pushing, top ranking of before and after services.

Can I give zero stars?Stay away, this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with!! Car issue literally from the first drive home last year. Was told then on initial phone call that they didn’t have time to fix the issue that day- just what you want to hear after you buy a new car! So far have had battery issues with car- which did finally get fixed, service warning lights, missing spare key fob (which they tried to claim as “normal to only have one key fob”) battery issues with existing key fob which were brought up in the first couple of weeks, mentioned again after a couple of months and now I have emailed after owning the car for a year and going through 5 sets of batteries on the older fob and they seem to not be replying to my emails anymore!Completely unprofessional outfit and have made me feel like an inconvenience from the beginning when really I have been the one inconvenienced by the issues. If you want after sale service this is not the place to buy from. Always an excuse and always downplaying the issues. Any issue should be a priority for you to fix no matter how small and insignificant it may be to you.Side note: we have also had to put all new tyres on 6 months after purchase as the ones on the car albeit passed wof but were very perished.

There are a lot of car dealers out there nowadays but nothing quite like Chevron. The service from Jamie and his team is second to none!! No BS sales tactics, just good honest knowledge and personal care when dealing with a customer. In the past 2 years i have purchased 2 cars for myself and my wife and could not be happier.Thanks guys! Don't ever change :)

5 star service! I have bought my last two cars from the salesman Nick Purvis, both times has been great and they run a great operation. I had a minor issue with the second car I got from them and they promptly took in the car and got it all sorted. Will definitely keep coming back to this great service!Thanks again Nick!

It's hard to find a company that treats its customers as well as we do but we've had an amazing experience from Jamie & his team. We looked at several other Car Dealers & Chevron was the only one where we felt completely comfortable purchasing. Jamie is a rarity in that he gives you honest advice, not just what you want to hear. His obvious attention to detail, customer care & integrity is unbeatable & overall made for an awesome experience. Highly Recommended!
