The guy who came to fix a new lock on my sleepout door was friendly, respectful and efficient. He explained it all to me and even took the door off to plane it down so it closed properly! I am thrilled with the service and quality work.

Fantastic company -- quick installation and quick responses over email. Had locks changed after moving houses, and they were able to do it without any fuss. Ended up installing a replacement for the backdoor myself, as the existing one was broken, but no complaints.

Just wonderful customer service. Fast really good communication from the front office to the owner to the installer. They really went out of their way in their attempts to find a solution for my unusual request re a door closer. Easy to see why they get such good reviews. Highly recommended!

The locksmith took $240 and didn't open my door after trying for a long time, I had no choice but to spend another $190 to ask another locksmith to open the door, and he opened in 1 minute.I will never use them again.
