They have been amazing with servicing 2 of our outboards and did a very professional job on a fiberglass hull. Friendly service and have thought outside the square, great at offering a solution, i am very impressed with my dealings with them.

I recently purchased a Kimple Streamer from these guys. They have been really helpful with their product knowledge and nothing seemed to be an issue with my requirements.I took the boat out for its maiden voyage and I'm wrapped with the performance of it.A happy customer all round.

Picked up my boat today and can’t speak highly enough of Nigel and his team .Well mannered , efficient and courteous, the young man that answered the phone in Nigel’s absence was quick to respond and very helpful.I trust this team and wouldn’t bother going anywhere else .. the mechanic is very knowledgeable and happy to provide tips on starting procedures etc

Excellent customer service and advise, Nigel was extremely helpful recommending a hydrofoil to help get a boat fully loaded with dive gear on the plane!

Misleading information and sadly lacking in customer service. Was about to purchase a trailer from them that at the time was showing as in stock on both their website as well as a listing on Trademe. When contacting them to make the purchase I was informed that there was no trailer available. They did have 3 trailers in stock but these could only be sold as part of an package......This was never mentioned at the time. I explained to them this was misleading but they refused to budge and advised best they could do was to offer one from a shipment due in June.... While this was not ideal I was prepared to wait and asked them to put in writing that they would hold one and at the price as per the original. Yes they would but 3 phone calls later over a period of 2 weeks to follow up they always had the excuse they are working on it. (It has now been 2 weeks since my last call) Not once have they contacted me since. Luckily I found an better offer elsewhere. In conclusion they need to work on their customer service and communication before I ever go back there again.

These guys were the only guys who would fit me in when I needed urgent work. The gust recognised I was stuck and need a job done and they bent over backwards to accomodate me . Highly recommend for any job you need doing . Professional and knowledgeable !! 10/10

Nigel and his team are very good to deal with, it makes the world go round really. It's a big opportunity for my business to know and work with them.

Just got our boat back from the pre season service and the guys have fixed up a few motor issues. The boat is running and steering better than it has done in years so really appreciate the work you have done on it . It did take longer than anticipated due to needing parts and etc but worth the wait. Great job - thanks, Rachel + Mark

Nigel was extremely helpful- he opened up for us on a Saturday because we couldn't get in any other day. Actually recommended a LESS EXPENSIVE purchase that better fitted our needs. Looking forward to buy from them again.
