Plenty of signs saying we are short staffed". But why? There are plenty of people out there wanting jobs? Huge queues of people wanting drivers license renewal

Visit aa for renewal of driver's license services good when I got to the counter but only two on duty and took two hour's to get in and out with with a straight forward renewal with all correct forms/application doctors medical and optician repormore staff are required
