Came into the store but unfortunately couldn't sign up as the units at Sylvia park don't allow access for cars. Other than that Sam was very informative and was still happy to show me around as I do need a big unit in the future. They offer insurance and free trailer hire too. Which you can't find anywhere else.

Only problem is no light in the storage room. Hard to see where the movers put stuff. The lift is really clunky. That is unsettling to say the least. Otherwise it is fine. Clean inside and appears to be dry. Only winter will tell.

Shout out to Sam at Sylvia Park - incredibly helpful, providing a superb service. Used quite a few storage facilities both in NZ and UK and Sam so far the best. Very happy I chose All Secure Storage as a result.

They just raised their rates AND closed their customer toilet. Toilets are part of good service at a storage facility.
