Whilst the food is always great, this store needs more staff. Every time we've been there has been extraordinary long wait times. The staff there can't keep up with all the online orders and walk in orders. It got to the point they had turn off online orsrifng AND close the door and refuse more customers coming in so they could catch up. The staff are doing the best they can while facing up to annoyed customers but this is not ideal.

I replied to the response from the owner and nothing from them at all!!8.5.2023 Still no reply from the owners, I'm getting the impression they don't careRubbish!! No cheese on the burgers we asked/supposed to to have cheese on, the burgers were burnt both sides and we only found out after getting home with themDon't bother complaining you'll be ignored by the manager who can understand cash handling but not complaints

Food is good but really pricey now ($25 for a burger, spuds and drink). Recently they got my order wrong, I called them up and they said we’ll send me vouchers and all that, got my details and still nothing, sent an email about another complaint but haven’t heard back yet.
