There's an Asian lady who works there, if you're going for Kiwibank go to her. The other ladies are all grumpy, very rude shouldn't be working there. Asian lady very professional but the other staff are stuck up & annoying.

Worst experience i have ever had. Went to package my business's products paid the $1 for them to print of the shipping labels then they made me pay $7 for tape when all i needed was a couple of pieces. Then refused to ship my boxes or give me a refund for the shipping that was paid
