Hi so today I went for a swim at your pool and after we thought we would get a little treat and we were waiting there for about 10 mins and one lady walked past us and didnt do anything so I would just like to say work on your customer service thank you

We went to the pools today it was great until ,we went to go buy something and they took 15 mins and they STILL Didn't come and multiple staff members walked passed and looked at us. So we just left.Not sure if I am going to go there again.Have better customer service please.Thank you.

Havelock North Village Pool
Two visits 7 days apart, all pools were green with loads of algae growth. We swam in it first visit and felt awful afterwards - very unclean and funny smell. Walked away yesterday when we went to go again, just as bad looking.

Great pools, at a good temperature; cold enough to cool down without shocking yourself. Plenty of shaded area around for spectators.Pool access exclusively via ladders, no stairs like the Frimley pool.

great place to bring the whole family, pack some food for a picnic, littlies can paddle around in the paddling pool, another good medium pool for the young kids, nice deep dive/bomb/manu pool, b-ball hoop for friendly comps, mum can do a few laps, perhaps could do with a few more picnic tables around the place, like the shower toilet right by the pool handy for the kids, the main change rooms are a bit tired but generally a good day out with the whanau, prices are reasonable

Great pool, magic even. Only issue is the lack of appropriate sun shade on those blistering hawkes bay summers

Dirty, Soft drink bar all sticky and wet. Ordering machines not working properly and teenagers 'hanging out' in the kids playground. Not a nice time.

Havelock North Village Pool
Needs to be open earlier and needs some investment and heating the pool to get some better use out of it. How About a proportion heated during the winter months considering the value of the rates paid in Havelock North.
