I am extremely happy with Linda running our meetings. She keeps them concise and to the point and is always prepared.She is excellent in getting the minutes out to us and is a good communicator.I am very happy with both her and Strata Title's services.

Three years ago we shifted from a live in manager to an owner's committee plus Strata Title Administration Ltd. Our first manager there was Carole Fann which worked well and our current manager is Lynne Cormack. This works incredibly well for us, Lynne is prompt to respond to our queries and always available to answer our questions on due process from insurance claims to remedial building work. We would highly recommend Strata to anyone looking for help in managing a multiple residential complex where a monthly or weekly fee is paid by the residents. The onus for chasing up non or late payers is thereby removed from the responsibilities of the owner's committee. Having our financial position readily available on the Owner's Portal assists greatly in the running of the complex. We are delighted to write this review from our experience of Strata and Lynne Cormack in particular.

Although relatively new to Body Corporate activity I have been pleased to benefit from the experience and expertise of Strata. Their work takes a great burden off the lives of residents of our Association as well as providing an independent sounding board for ideas and proposals. Philip takes clear and effective minutes of our meetings in addition to providing accounts and monitoring income and expenditure. I can happily recommend Strata for your Body Corp administration.

Strata Title Administration NZ are scouring LinkedIn and interviewing kiwis for jobs they have open. They then employ people from South Africa on visas stating they can not find kiwis to fulfill the roles. Strata Title then employee South African staff on visas who do not have the skills for the job to bump them along to residency. I personally know of someone who was interviewed for a job, has the skills for the job and they employed a South African who does not have the skills for the job on a work visa. I know this as I work along side Strata Title.

Strata is the Management Company for The Woolshed Apartments in Havelock North.Lynn Cormack is the Senior Body Corporate Manager for Strata whom I deal with in my role as the Chairperson for the committee elected to look after the interests of the Woolshed Apartment owners.I was thrown in at the deep end late 2020 and asked to take the position of Chairperson for three months till the AGM. I was elected at the 2021 March AGM as Chairperson (against my will) and have now been in the role for the last 12 months. I knew nothing of how a BC operated and was very apprehensive and bewildered at the prospect of it all and felt very lost until Lynn Cormack came to my aid. Lynn has been amazing, always so very helpful, going above and beyond for anything I have asked of her, advising me of BC procedures and advising me on how to deal with many issues, no matter how big or small they are.Lynn took over the running of the AGM and handled it in a very professional upfront manner. Lynn helped me prepare for the 2021 AGM as I was unsure how to organise it.Lynn's experience and knowledge is amazing.I personally cannot thank Lynn enough for all her help in guiding me through a couple of very hard & trying issues this year.Thanks a million Lynn, you are a gemBarb Turner

I have dealt with a number of Body Corp admin companies over the years, and Strata is by far the best and most professional I have worked with. Wendy and Priyashni are a great team - they are knowledgeable and approachable, and Wendy is great at facilitating discussion, taking suggestions on board, and moving things towards a solution. Really feel like they are working *with* us. Highly recommend.

Linda Phillips has been our Property Manager for ages. With long-standing building issues, our group of 6 (prev. 7) owners has more than our share of stress and issues to deal with in recent years - quite apart from the Property Management matters we contract Strata to take care of. Linda has been a reliable support dealing with both routine and non-routine matters on our behalf. She's incredibly organised, reliable, empathetic and prompt with dealing to our needs. Received this email today 21 February 2023. Really poor of Stratatitle to threaten owners with debt collection when they are sending an invoice due on the day they send it. You are in New Zealand now chicky and that is not how you treat people. Learn some manners or get another job as we wont stand for paying your wage.

I have been on our committee for two years and Chairman for the last period. Strata Title have in my opinion been outstanding in the service they provide as our Body Corp Managers. During this last term as Chairman i have interacted with Lynn Cormack, who has been professional in every respect when dealing with our issues relative to maintaining our facility in good order. Lynn is a well of information and always helpful to resolve issues. Happy to recommend Strata Title and Lynn Cormack.
