My ring needed polishing. i took it to Jewellers Bench and was amazed at the results. In addition when I asked how much, there was no charge.I have had other items repaired here and have no hesitation in recommending the Jewellers Bench for excellent workmanship and friendly staff

I had recently found an old Turkish puzzle ring amongst my dear departed dad’s keepsakes.He passed in 2012 The ring was from my brother who tragically passed 34 years ago. It was seriously on its last legs. My 13 yr old daughter asked if sh could have it and wear it.These guys performed small miracles on this ring and it’s just stunning how it came out…. My daughter hasn’t seen it yet but will on Xmas day.Very professional service. Couldn’t be happier.

Visited the store wanting to buy something with the letter 'E' to give to my wife in memory of our daughter who passed at age 12yrs. There was nothing of the kind in the store. The lovely lady spoke to the jewellery makers who made a special gold 'E' for me on the day. So impressed with the kind and warming service received. THANK YOU, I AM ETERNALLY GREATFUL

I have used this jeweller for many years when I have had issues with my jewlllery and required a manufacturing jeweller. Today I went again to have watches have new batteries and silver jewellery cleaned which he did immediately and for a discounted price.I have also had a ring made here and when not completely happy with the setting they changed it at no further cost.Highly recommend

I have bought two beautiful rings from Mel and the team this year and am having one commissioned. The craftsmanship and eye to detail is outstanding !!! Mel has gone above and beyond to source the perfect stone for my next dream ring being made by them! Cannot recommend the Jewellers Bench highly enough !!

Went in to get a free ring clean and asked how much my ring would be to get straightened, I came back to pick up my cleaned ring and they had straightened and cleaned for free! Amazing service and so kind. Thank you so much! My ring looks amazing.

I went to Jewelers Bench to get a necklace link fixed. On examination of the necklace we made a mutual decision that I would be better off buying a new one. I had great service to help me choose a new necklace that matched the pendant I wanted to put on the chain. I had lots of options and didn't feel rushed to make a decision. In addition I had the pendant cleaned and it came up looking amazing!
