After contacting multiple vendors about booking availability, Blast Entertainment were the only ones to get back to me within a week, if at all (Monday and I made my enquiry on the Saturday). From there the booking and payment process was seamless, and they sent regular updates regarding the day, safety, etc. On the day their driver called a couple of times (i missed the first one) to let me know he was on his way; and when he arrived he was professional and discreet with setup in our backyard that he made look effortless. The castle was bigger than I imagined with loads of space inside for the kids to jump around and no risk of them falling out. I especially loved that it had a roof/cover" in case of rain

Such a great company to deal with, right from me calling to ask 100 questions, having the castle delivered and me changing my mind and upgrading to a bigger one.All the staff we great to deal with the delivery man was amazing.10/10highly recommend

This is our second time hiring from blast. Everytime they have been efficient, friendly and the kids have loved the jumpy castles. Denzel the delivery guy was especially helpful and arrived with a massive smile despite out party being on a public holiday. We will always hire from here in the future.

Our experience with the bouncy castle was great! The kids had so much fun with it. Delivery guy was efficient with packing and setting up the bouncy castle. The timing he came was spot on as well. We didn't have to wait for him. So we will definitely rent it again in the future!

Awesome service from the team at Blast entertainment. They managed to organise a last minute hire on the day of our event and delivered on time with the obstacle of roadworks near our venue. They were quick to pack down equipment at the end of the day also. Highly recommend and I would definitely use them again!

I’m so impressed with your business and will 100% be using you guys again. The delivery guy was so lovely and made it a total breeze. Your website was incredibly easy to use and customer service is spot on. I contacted multiple other companies before finding you guys and I have to say Blast Entertainments customer service is miles above the rest!! And what a bonus having the bouncy castle delivered on the Fri and picked up on the Sunday! 10/10
