Had one of their large size toolboxes arrive with just plastic wrapping and no other protection. The result being that all the corners looked very secondhand with the wrapping ripped off the corners and the Toolbox looking ugly.. I mentioned it to the company and sent pictures but they refused to do anything about it. Have a look at some of the feedbacks and you will see a pattern whereby if you have a problem, they will talk themselves up and do nothing to help, so you are left unhappy.I left the wrapping on the package to protect what I could because I wasn't going to install it straight away.This will there be our first and last order as I have some pride in my finished products.UPDATE: Anyone can see that I had contacted the company so the below email is not correct!They from the very beginning had no intention of doing anything. The courier company was not hanging around during the busy lockdown period.

Products are reportedly the best. My tank came with rocks embedded (and we are not talking one or two, maybe hundreds) in the plastic in the inside of the tank. Don't believe that this was part of the water potable tank that I ordered. They have accepted that they have to replace, and then the dramas start. Customer service very poor. No communication between customer service" and dispatch

The underground water storage tank I ordered recently was unfortunately delayed due to COVID however the level of communication provided by Marlie was excellent keeping me updated on a regular basis. If Promaxproduct quality matches the level of customer service, I will be delighted.

I don't think the Kerikeri factory was made for private sales - we returned the unused parts without opening the bag but they only refunded about 70% - 30% was a fee for restocking and transportation despite the parts came together with the 2 tanks we ordered. So be careful what you order. Next time, I will order through a retailer - I am sure they will have a better service.

Very good company to deal with with great communication and service throughout. I would definitely work through Promax again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new tank. My corrugated tank was delivered within a week of ordering!

I ordered 2 different tanks, 5000lt and a 30000lt tank. Had the 5000 turn up from a local business, looks good quality and the 30000 Promax delivered. I was under a tight deadline to get the tank and Promax bumped my order up the queue a little so i could get the tank installed before the season start. Their staff rung several times to keep me in the loop and also to make sure i was getting what i needed on time. Their delivery driver was very professional with a high standard of H&S explaining to be how he was going to unload the tank, fencing off the area. Getting me to sign each step so that i knew what was going on. Over all the purchasing and delivery went well so would recommend just by that. The tanks both look good so hopefully i get a good run out of them. Thanks Promax, a very professional service and staff, something that is hard to get these days.

I will be going with Promax as the customer service I have received so far from Murray has been exceptional. He is an asset to Promax and has made the whole process so easy. Thank you, and I look forward to my tanks being installed before Christmas. :-)
