Spent some time looking at clothes and purchased a few items. Good quality at a reasonable price. A little surprised for the amount of time there we were never approached by a staff member

So we went to the baby section and there was no staff, we found a buzzer that said ring for assistance, rang it, no show from staff, went to the nearest pay station, the customer service person said she didnt do that area so wouldnt know what were looking for vaguely pointed to baby sheets and wouldnt move, I just eyed her up recognized laziness and Farmers did not get our money that day. With Mothers day coming up I went to do a price check on my fav perfume and those ladies walked away from me yarning away as I approached where Narciso was, would like to say its the exception to the rule but its pretty common at that Farmers tbh

Went browsing but ended up buying a set. Not able to bring the price lower but service was superb. Amy rocks! Delivery was well explained and goods were very good wrapped. Notes on outside was clearly written. Goods arrived with no problem, thank you Amy, you are wonderfully great!

Lauren in menswear is just awesome! We spent ages mixing and matching suits and shirts. Nothing was too much trouble and she spent a lot of time finding sizes and phoning other stores. She had a cheerful attitude. We'd look for her again!

Went in to look at their mens watches. Helpful staff, not pressured into purchasing, told me it would be on sale the following day. The watch was put aside and I bought it the next day. Another staff member sized it up and talked me through the warranty and what not as I was gifting it on. Easy to park below and head straight in and out.

A very spacious departmental store in a shopping mall. Products are very neatly arranged and displayed. Easy to choose things. Good shopping experience.

I bought a pair of pants which turned out to be the wrong size, while they didn't have my size in stock at the time Ryan was very helpful and understanding which I appreciate. I've always has good service from Farmers and I am happy to say they do not disappoint.

Very good customer service, staff member went out the back to find items in my size that weren't on the rack they also didnt make it seem like i was being an inconvenience even though i clearly was as it was super busy, i do feel its becoming a little expensive compared to their competitors

Was served by a lovely and passionate lady named Baljeet. Cannot recommend her enough! She was super helpful and even recommended an app called Stocard that I can hold my farmers card on so I can use my vouchers even if I’ve left my wallet at home. I can’t begin to express how happy I am with the experience I’ve had at farmers today. Amazing customer service.
