Evo Cycles New Plymouth

Does one have to have a very expensive bike to get a good customer service?I have a Giant Talon 3 and brought it in yesterday December 29th to pick up today December 30th at around 11:15am. I brought my bike to this facility for a derailleur adjustment since my gear was jumping all over the place, have in mind that when I bought this bike new not long ago the gears would change very smoothly, I picked up the bike and the gear change is still very jumpy I told the mechanic about it and his answer was that's how it's supposed to be with a cheap gear like that

Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dropped my bike off for a service and was able to pick it up the next day. They done a great job.

Epic team. Dropped my bike in as my rear derailleur failed. They couldnt get the part in but I sourced one externally and the team put it on within the day and all sorted.

Everything about the purchase of the bike was fantastic. The initial contact was with Bailey, I think that's his name was great. Knowledgeable nice manner and friendly. He asked all the right questions to narrow the choice. On picking up the bike the others guys in the New Plymouth shop were also extra helpful.I am thoroughly stoked with the bike and my dealings with Evo New PlymouthHighly recommended

My dealings with Evo New Plymouth came about because of Torpedo7.I was traveling from Gisborne to Stratford to visit family for a week. On the trip over I had planned to purchase a Giant E bike from Torpedo7 Rotorua, which was stated as instock on their website.Upon visiting the store, I was ignored by the bike department staff, no amount of me standing at the counter would change that so I left the store with my $ still in pocket.We traveled to New Plymouth Torpedo7, this time I spent 10 mins searching the store for the bike I was wanting, the 2 guys behind the counter completely ignored me, even when I stood at the counter they still carried their convo on about the knarly jumps they could do ....so I left.Went around to Evo Cycles, walked in the door and boom, had the help of 2 workers that knew their stuff...infact so much so that I upgraded to the next bike in the series AND also bought a new Trek bike for my 3 year old. Couldnt be happier with the service. So easy to deal with, will buy a Ebike for my wife from Evo in the next coming months!
