Truckstops Mt. Wellington

Took truck in for it's first A service.We were charged 1.5hr labour to tilt the cab because they had to 'undo 6 bolts and remove a bar then put it back together'.This is a task that 'an average person' can do in 15 minutes.The labour for this simple task amounted to $198 + gst.When the truck was delivered for the service, the foreman was shown what to do with the luton (everything had been removed prior to drop off, so there was no mattress etc).On querying the charges we were told that they would not budge on the charge.We even took a video at home doing the same procedure, but they are not interested.Be very wary of their service and check your invoicing.

Hy ! Been there first time to fix issue ! They said its done . Causing same problem again charge 9 grand ! We payed causing same problems again after few months time .Having same problem again and again till now been 6 months asking to pay 7 grand more to fix issue again ! They wannna spend lot of time ! There manager is good ! But front staff done nthing ! critical service and don’t recommend if u wannna save ur money ! Otherwise they Put everything new to truck and charge alot thanks

Very good service, a few delays but not their fault. Quite happy.

Used them for years and have been going downhill for a while, bad service, feels like they don’t really care and make a lot of forgetful and minor mistakes which has cost me a lot of time and money recently and would not recommend anymore, have changed where I take my truck and never looked back!

Very excellence service provided by truckstop. We’ll organised system and mechanical equipments. Staff very helpful and best for communication.

Very helpful my wife went in to get a part for me and forgot the name of the part but the people there at parts helped her get it sorted
