Is there a 6th star here? I'd rate our Property Manager, Abbey Nolan, as 6/5, she is very helpful and always provide a prompt response. Does inspections on a timely manner, provides in depth reports, and gave us heads up on maintenance schedules as well. She also solved parking and some problems in the past for us. I'd definitely recommend this team as I reckon they provide a good training for their staff.

We were in relation with Daphne and she have a really good communication at any time.Everything is made on time. No waisting time with document etc..My partner and I recommend highly Daphne for her hard work, professionalism, kindness.Thank you again ☺️

Great property management company to deal with as a tenant. Communication is very easy. Abbey has always been very responsive when we have had issues. Inspections are carried out every quarter with plenty of notice. Would 100% recommend!

I have entered into a tenancy at Scotia place with Staircase Property Management recently all thanks to Dara. I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Throughout the entire time -(prior to signing us on for our tenancy), Dara demonstrated impeccable communication skills. Always keeping myself informed about any updates to the property and addressing any concerns or questions we had.

For me the 3yrs. I have spent in 17 Owens place Apartment(Staircase Property Management) I can say that it was a wonderful experience that I will never forget..i really enjoyed having as a resident here..the unit room was supremely comfortable, very cool and tidy place, accessible to all..above all the landlord or manager Abby always made sure to respond promptly to problem at the apartment and provided the best services.
