Was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had, in 20 years of having my hair done.I usually book into a reputable hair salon, but on this particular day I didn’t have time. All I wanted was a wash and blow dry, so I thought I’d be safe. Over an hour later, my hair looked and felt worse than when I went in. My scalp was so sore the entire day. The salon itself is FILTHY. The staff have zero personality or customer service skills. One staff member spent more time doing her own hair in front of the mirrors than actually working on clients. No idea how this place is still open. I was even trying to signal to other customers as they came in, warning them not to stay - thankfully those who caught my eye did walk out before they were subjected to similarly awful treatment. Worst place ever, don’t even consider risking it. When telling others of my experience, my sister agreed how terrible they are when she took her son in. He asked them not to touch any length off the top, to use clippers on the sides on, and no scissors. He left with lots of length off the top, scissors were used - clippers weren’t even picked up. Abysmal

Went here few weeks back & Extremely poor service from the lady wth purple hair. Also tried to charge my 12yr old son a adult price intil i said something. We live in The lakes & will never be back.

The hair dresser ruined my young teenagers hair.It was cut way to short and maybe if she had of checked with him or the parent about length this wouldn't have been a fail. We could have achieved the very same cut using electric clippers at home without the flat bald patch at the frount of his head.I should have read other reviews and would not have trusted in the Sharing Shed.The hair dresser was very rude when his mother rang to discuss how she could avoid this from happening in future.Very disappointing.Very sad for my son who has had his confidence crushed and needing help with anxiety caused by this terrible hair cut.

rushed, didn't notice at the time but one side of my hair was 40mm longer than the other side. also wasn't a pleasant experience. i would recommend that the owner should get qualified hair dressers.

Marie is awesome down the lakes store, always listens and cuts to how you want it, better still she remembers my cut and holds convo. Easy 5stars

My younger sister went here and she told me that lady who did her hair was rude and didn't even give her the cut she wanted. She wanted a fringe but never got one the sides of her hair is uneven and so is the back. Worst hair cuts. Don't go there is you value your hair.

Terrible unfriendly hairdresser.Dropped my girlfriend off here and picked her up in tears. Hair dresser was very rude and mean telling her she should pay double because it took longer due to the hairdresser not being able to cut hair professionally or straight.Haircut turned out alright in the end but the experience was far from enjoyable for her.Don't recommend this place.Plenty of other places you can go to for a better haircut.

Absolutely shocking…. The worst haircut I've ever seen, ruined my sons hair. Cut it way to short even after I explained what he wanted. The lady was so rude about it and just said “oh well its done now”I will be going back in without my son to have proper words with them and lay a formal complaint

Very disappointing - who would’ve thought that a basic men’s fade haircut could be so challenging... Have been left with a very uneven haircut to the point that had to try even it out myself when got home. And for $31!!! What a waste of time and money.Update: went back there to ask for a refund (for the first time ever!) after a week as couldn’t deal with the haircut I got initially. Dealt with a manager there named Maree - she was very professional and helpful. Just before talking to her, saw her finishing up with a haircut on a young chap. She offered to fix mine as an option and I agreed. Walked out with a good haircut and a smile. Well done Maree! Wish she was the one for the initial haircut, would’ve earned a 5-star review.
