Great company to build with

We signed with Golden Homes in Aug 2021 and still waiting for our house to be built making us deeply regret now that we shouldn't be trusting a builder based on big brand". There are few things we liked about GH is their good quality build and steel frames they use for long lasting homes.. I have enough evidences collected over the time to prove they worked very relaxed and biased but they just can't admit it. They worked with an amateur developer and got the titles delayed which took exactly 1 year and since then the whole team is treating us like worthless to them because they seem to have huge customer base who signed up and doesn't care about one or two like us. It has been almost 43 weeks and our house is still being built and we don't' have a date of completion. They failed to keep up their assurances and timeframes given by them. NO RESPONSES given whatsoever despite so much of communication sent to the management for investigation. I strongly recommend to get a date of completion agreed and written on paper before signing up with GH because people like us have suffered both physically and mentally due to amount of STRESS they have given us so far and its ONGOING. This July 2023 it will be 2 years and we lost hope that we get our house built by then and even if they complete it
