Aotea beach reserve
The Aotea Beach Reserve is a nice place to go for a picnic or spend the afternoon with the family or to take your dog. There is a public self-contained toilet and some tables near the trees.In summer some days there is a coffee and food truck in the parking near the pines.The beach is nice, water clear, but the current is strong and you have to be careful if you swim or kayak here, it can be very dangerous.It seems like a very popular spot for fishing off the beach.
