Sean helped me choose a variety of clothes. He was incredibly busy but took the time to not only help me but other more demanding customers at the same time. His customer service is 2nd to none..the best I have ever experienced

Visited first time October this year and the manager looked after me. Her customer service skills are perfect, the shop is gorgeous and she was so helpful.Went back today (I live a long way from Hamilton) to spend gift vouchers there instead of my home city so I could experience this again. Incredibly she recognised me, I was amazed as once again her customer service was impeccable.I'm really very fussy about customer service, and if you want to experience something incredible I highly recommend visiting them.Nga Mihi Pirihau (hope I've spelt this correctly)

I have recently shopped at JB Te Awa.I was served by Sean and it was an absolute pleasure. He spent about an hour with me making suggestions and helping me try almost every suit on in the shop.I have spent 20 years in customer service and this has been the best experience I have had or witnessed.Very professional but still made then interactions casual.Once we had found the suit I needed he took me down the mall to have it tailored.I walked away with, a 3 peice suit, dress shirt,shoes, belt, hoodie and jacket and it was worth every cent.I'd like to thank Sean for his time because good customer service these days is few and far between let alone exceptional. A true asset to any business.

I went into the store wanting suitable attire for my mum's funeral. The stress of looking tidy was sorted in no time with some magnificent help and kindness from Shaun. His expertise with men's clothing is exceptional. He is a real asset to the shop.

Just bought myself a suit. The guy who was helping me was the man. Even told the Mrs that I could easily get away wearing the colour of tie that I was wanting. She also said he was amazing.
